If you are staying in Oxford for race weekend you will be able to collect your race pack on the morning of the race between 7:30am-8:15am (TRAMPERS) and 7:30am-8:45am (RUNNERS) at the start/finish area.
Please note the Tramp and Run start at different times. Tramp 8:30am

The course starts and finishes in Coopers Creek and takes you on an undulating loop at the base of the mountain. Competitors head along Link Track before joining up with the Wharfedale Track for a short section. There you turn on to the Ryde Falls Track and head back towards the finish line.
The trail is fairly technical with lots of tree roots and rocks to keep an eye on. A few small creek crossings along the way add to the fun and if you like to get a bit mucky when you head outdoors there might just be some mud for you.
The 15km distance is a nice step up from the usual 10km races and with the stunning scenery and ever-changing conditions underfoot it truly is a wonderful race. If you love being out in New Zealand's stunning native bush and want some fun while you do it, then the 15km event is perfect for you. You can choose to Tramp or Run the distance - if you think you would like to run and walk it please enter the Run section.

We recommend that you wear trail running shoes with a good grip on them as the trail is technical.

The TeamCP 15km Trail event allows you to experience one of Canterbury's most beautiful trails. The trail is at the base of the mountain so is perfect for those of you not wanting to head up and over Mt Oxford but still want to explore this special part of the country.
